Dancing In The Rain...

While waiting for the School bus to whirl around the corner and whisk you away to school. You truly believe only real Princesses get the privelege of riding the bus.

You are a REAL princess my dear.

On Her Feet...

Gracie is officially a WALKER!

I don't know if I am ready to have 2 girlies on the run, but Bailey thinks it is the best thing since sliced bread!! I will let them bask in their glory.

These Girls...

This is how we do it: Wait until mom is not looking, sneak a graham cracker from the kitchen, split it in half and share it. Of course we have to eat it in the bathroom where mom will NEVER find us. Because that is what sisters do! (oh ya, and lets unroll all the toilet paper and flush it down the toilet. uh oh, we left the evidence in the toilet)!

A Tea Party Fit For a Princess...

The Royal Princess:

The special Guest:

We dined on oranges, apple jacks, and some apple juice to wash it down. The princess heads back to school tomorrow, so we thought we would have one last hurrah. A grand tea time it was!

Christmas Has Come and Gone...

and I have to admit I am kind of relieved. We had such a great time, but we are worn out. We traveled back and forth between Yuma, Home, and Show Low enough to last us a while. We are glad to be back home and settling back into our good old routine, but boy did we have a great time this Christmas.
72 Hour Kits

My cute sis Whitney and her husband Tyler.

We started the adventures the weekend of the 18th with our annual Christmas Party at my Grandma and Grandpa Porters, and while we were up we all put together our much needed 72 hour kits. We also got to attend a session at the Temple, and go to the cannery to add to our year supply. It was a great weekend!

We came home for one day. Enough time to get the laundry done, pack up again and head to Yuma. We had a great time with the Umphress side of the family. We had fantastic meals, and quite memorable conversations!

Christmas Eve Jammies!

They were just a LITLE tired!
Aaron even got some PJ's!

Christmas day was pretty calm and relaxed. Bailey was completely overjoyed to wake up to see that Santa had come. She "ooohed" and "aaahed" over every gift.

We headed back home Christmas afternoon because Aaron had to work that night, but we weren't home for long. Saturday morning we headed back up the mountain to do some more visiting before all of sisters had to leave us for UT and ID (I don't really appreciate that part).
We had lots of fun with Cousins (the sun was really bright)!

and baked Cookies!

Tuesday we came back DOWN the mountain.

We rang in the New Year in style. Aaron was at work, the girls asleep by 8, and I was in bed by 10... It was lovely!

I am grateful for my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. For His birth and His life that He gave so willingly. I am truly blessed...
